有數 Yousu — Public company pages for Taiwan, built from primary sources.

What

For each company we cover, one page: how many jobs it currently lists in Taiwan (by function and location), what changed this week, its labor-law penalty record from the Ministry of Labor, and the number of labor-court judgments it was party to. Every figure carries its sample size, the date it was observed, and a plain-language definition.

Why

Job seekers, HR teams, and reporters in Taiwan work from anecdotes. The underlying records exist — employers' own career sites, government open data, court records — but nobody keeps them in one place with dates attached. We archive them weekly so that change over time becomes visible and every number can be traced back to its source.

How

• Jobs: archived weekly from employers' own careers sites (never aggregators), honoring robots.txt, identified by employer requisition ID so a re-posted listing is not counted as new.
• Penalties: Ministry of Labor open data, matched to companies by registered legal name only (branches included; no fuzzy matching).
• Judgments: Judicial Yuan open data, labor cases only; we publish counts and links, never case text, and we store no personal names.
• Method: classification rules are versioned and published; sample-checked accuracy is printed on the site; "no data" is always labelled with the reason (source has no field, not enough samples, still accumulating).

Principles

No data on individuals. No third-party trackers. Takedown requests answered within three business days. Third-party data, where licensed, is shown as an aggregate with attribution and kept separate from our own observations.

Status

是什麼

每家收錄的公司一頁:現在在台灣開幾個缺(依職能、地點)、本週有什麼變動、勞動部的裁罰紀錄、涉及的勞動判決件數。每個數字都附樣本數、觀測日期和白話定義。

為什麼

台灣的求職者、人資、記者判斷一家公司,靠的多半是聽說。其實紀錄都在——雇主自家徵才頁、政府開放資料、法院裁判書——只是沒有人把它們放在同一個地方、標上日期。我們每週存檔,讓「變化」看得見,每個數字都能追回來源。

怎麼做

• 職缺:每週從雇主自家徵才頁存檔(不用人力銀行),遵守 robots.txt;以雇主的需求編號為職缺身分,重貼不算新增。
• 裁罰:勞動部開放資料,只用登記的法定名稱對名(含分公司;不做模糊比對)。
• 判決:司法院開放資料,只取勞動案件;只公開件數與連結,不轉載內容,不存任何自然人姓名。
• 方法:分類規則有版本並公開;抽查的準確率印在站上;「沒有資料」一定寫明原因(來源沒有欄位、樣本不足、還在累積)。

原則

不處理個人資料。不放第三方追蹤。下架請求三個工作天內回覆。第三方資料在取得授權後只以彙總呈現、註明來源,並與我們自己的觀測分開。

現況

預覽階段;2026 年 10 月公開上線,屆時每週存檔 20 家以上雇主的自家徵才頁,並收錄 100 家公司的裁罰與判決紀錄。由旋風耳企業社營運。聯絡:paulyang0125@gmail.com。
